The Goal of the School of Discipleship is to edify "the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine" (Ephesians 4:12-14a). We do this through biblically-based small groups and formal classroom instruction.
Our Discipleship Path
it is our desire to see every member growing in his or her knowledge of Jesus Christ and to make Him Lord in their lives. The following sequence of courses is what we consider Our Discipleship Path. They each focus on developing Christian habits and virtues.
- Beginning Steps for New Believers
- This is a one week guide to help new believers to begin to mature. It is a one-on-one study led by our deacons and ministers so that the new believer gets the personalized attention that is needed to start the path to spiritual growth.
