- Administrative Council
- Serves as a liaison between the Senior Pastor and New Song's office staff.
- Administrative Staff/Volunteers
- Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and operations of the church office and other church activities.
- Bookstore Advisory Committee
- This Committee includes persons with retail or marketing/advertising experience who help advise bookstore staff on issues such as publicity, growth, marketing and promotions, etc.
- Building Committee
- Assists with leading the rally of support for the overall mission of building and developing a new church site for worship and training.
- Church Advisory Council
- A team of church members chosen to assist the Pastor with various ministry and business matters concerning the church's function and growth.
- Finance Committee
- Assists the Church Treasurer with tabulating and accounting for funds that are collected during any church service or event.
- Maintenance Ministry
- Ensuring the Sanctuary and surrounding area is setup before all Church services, and broken down after each service. Clean all bathrooms, hallways, offices, and sanctuary.
- Public Relations Committee
- Keeps the local community informed of upcoming and ongoing church events by way of local newspapers, radio, and other forms of media.
- Special Events Committee
- Assists in the development and planning of special church events such as banquets, concerts, revivals, repasts, and meetings.
- Stewardship Committee
- Assists with leading the congregation as it relates to our building fund program. This Committee also provides Information and resources to help members understand what it means to be a good steward over God-given resources.
- Technical Support Committee
- Provides technical support for our computers, telephones, and other electronic office equipment. This Committee ensures that the church remains at the forefront of today's fast-changing technological and telecommunications environments.
- Web Design and Update Committee
- Assists the Administrative staff with maintaining the design and content of the New Song Bible Fellowship Church Web site.
